Your key responsibilities:                                

  • Exciting opportunity to start or advance your IT career and gain exposure to a diverse range of technologies with an experienced team
  • Be one of our key first level support people for our valued clients and assist with second level support as required
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is maintained at all time
  • Trouble-shoot basic technical issues for our clients giving them instant peace of mind
  • Provide after-hours client support on a shared roster
  • A basic understanding and desire to learn about a diverse range of technologies
  • Customer service and/or technical support exposure

Remuneration: Negotiable for the successful candidate.
