Implementation Specialist

As a result of rapid and ongoing expansion we are seeking to fill an important role in our organisation that requires excellence in Software Implementation.
Ideal Qualities and Experience
- Must be a seasoned Implementation Specialist with 5+ years solid experience in managing complex ICT projects for large organisations or Government Departments.
- Must have experience in the implementation of large projects through the full software development life cycle
- You need to have a passion for software solutions and a willingness to learn the intricacies of our software in order to configure the system.
- Must have excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; with strong relationship management expertise.
- You will need to work autonomously while being supported by key RMI staff at different stages of project delivery.
The Role:
- You will be the Senior Implementation Specialist from project initiation through to the business as usual (BAU) hand over.
- You will plan, schedule, monitor and report on progress against the planned project activities for the duration of the project.
- You will be responsible for all project documentation as directed by the Customer
- You will be the key point of communication between RiskMan International and the Customer.
- You must work on behalf of Melbourne based RiskMan International while being located at the Customer premises in Sydney.
- You must report to RiskMan International on a bi-weekly (daily) basis at all stages of the project.
The Position:
- Two Year Contract
- Immediate start available
- Sydney CBD location working onsite with Client.
