About the Company

FSoft is a growing and innovative FinTech company based on the Gold Coast.

The business has just completed a full new build of their business loans system and an opening for a mid level software developer has been created. The role will begin as a mix of Support / Maintenance and project driven Greenfield work. By proving your capability and offering strong contributions this will become a permanent role.

About the role

You will work along side the IT Manager and Client Relations Manager (CRM) providing maintenance or developing new features on our in house Lending Platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative, growing company that provide a fun and inclusive environment and really values and celebrates hard work.

Responsibilities

Assisting the creation and administration of the development environments.
Assisting the planning, design, development, testing, deployment, issue tracking and maintenance of existing CMS developed using C#, Entity Framework 6 and ASP.NET MVC 5.
Assisting with the planning, development and management of the CI environment.
Liaising with the IT Manager on maintenance project scope, deliverables and schedule.
Liaising with the IT Manager on new feature project scope, deliverables and schedule.
Assisting with the administration of SQL Server instances as well as creating and managing the databases hosted on them.
Developing reports for key stake holders.
Providing general assistance to the IT Manager.
Providing technical support to our client via JIRA Service Desk.
Assisting the CRM in developing FAQs and help guides.
Assisting the CRM in developing release notes and UAT documentation.

Experience with the following is a must

Visual Studio
MS SQL Management Studio
Entity Framework 5+
ASP.NET MVC 4+
ASP.NET WEB API
AngularJS/Angular

Experience with the following is highly desirable

Git
MS SQL Reporting Services
ASP.NET CORE
Resharper
XUnit/NUnit

Interstate applications will be considered and are welcomed.
