Digital Transformation Project Manager
 
The Company

The Role
You will be responsible for working on all aspects of digital projects from understanding the business problem to supporting the development and implementing the solution.
 
Responsibilities & Duties.

• Develop detailed business case and budgeting to ensure effective services deliver the business benefits.
• Manage the delivery of the digital transformation, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed quality standards, risk parameters, timescales and budgets.
• Support the customer in supplier and product selection to deliver the required technical building blocks.
• Leading the multi-disciplinary agile teams, including external partners, in the delivery of new digital services set out in the Customer Digital Strategy.
• Identify opportunities for digital by designing and advising on the skills, processes, people and tools used to deliver the initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for the transformation strategy.
• Coordinate the delivery of new user experience offered across all digital channels.

• Accountable for the effective resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with the desired business outcomes.
• Deliver digital initiatives to the agreed objectives, working with the customer and executive teams to set clear targets and measure progress towards them.
• Provide reporting to measure the progress against the digital transformation goals.
• Ensure best practices and processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of digital projects.

Skills/Attributes
 

• Stakeholder management
• Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape
• A track record of proven success of delivering large / complex projects and programmes
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of the digital project lifecycle with the ability to operate at both detailed technical level and at senior Executive and Trustee levels
• An organised, structured approach and be able to see the critical path across multiple work streams and projects
• Proficiency in financial management of project and programmes
• The ability to appreciate the broader business requirements and understand how this programme integrates with and supports the rest of the organisation
• Agile (5 yrs as a minimum)
• Jira (3 yrs as a minimum)
