Our client is looking to expand their Service Desk team with the addition of an enthusiastic Level 1/2 Service Desk Analyst. This is an initial 3 month contract with definite extension based on performance. This is a great role to further develop your career and experience within a large Service Desk Team, reporting to a highly supportive manager.

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be required to provide email and phone based support across a large scale user base (8,000+ users). You will be the first point of contact for all inbound communications, documenting and logging all incidents in line with organisational standards.


To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

• 2 + years providing Level 1/2 support
• Highly customer focused, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in a large corporate environment
• Experience with F2F, email and phone support
• You will be able to perform under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Passionate and about all areas of ITSM.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people
• Show initiative and be pro-active when solving issues and incidents
• Experience working within an ITIL focused environment
