Client
Early stage SaaS company finalising Series A funding and on the verge of hypergrowth. This is an opportunity to help shape the business in APAC, work closely with founders to scale a start-up into a global business!


Opportunity
The role encompasses on-boarding new customers, post-sale and ensuring the solution is implemented correctly and within the right time frames. 

 

  • Project manage the implementation of software, liaising with partners, different levels of organisation to get product up and running within right time frame

  • Delight customers with a superb customer experience 

  • Own the successful set-up and on-boarding of new customers

  •  Be an expert in product, updating customers on new features and educating them on areas where they could get more value

  • Conduct training sessions for clients for (adjusting style and talk track to be relevant for different types of stakeholders) on how to use the platform and get the best from it

  • Complete all administration and support activities to get customer on-boarded within the right time frames

  • Understand clients' business challenges/needs and advise on how they can leverage the solution to achieve objectives

 

You

  • 2 years’ experience within customer implementation, onboarding, training or project management (preferably within a SaaS environment)

  • Adept in managing a high-velocity project cycle, juggling 5+ projects at any one time

  • Super customer focused – you’re someone who loves going above and beyond to create an awesome experience for clients

  • Great communicator with a high level of customer empathy

  • Love training and enabling people to see them get to successful outcomes and make changes for their business

  • Able to work cross-functionally – work closely with sales, marketing, tech team, leadership etc
