About the role:
As an IT Systems Engineer you will provide network administration and systems support to our contact centres and corporate office. The role is based in North Sydney. Your role will be fast-paced, dynamic and give you a sense of achievement. This is a permanent fulltime role.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
- resolve escalated ICT network and/or system issues
- manage, monitor and secure the ICT infrastructure health, availability and network usage to ensure integrity and optimal network performance
- develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure kept relevant
- manage the Virtual and Physical Server environment
- monitor the service desk (phone and web)
- utilise your formal qualifications in ICT (desirable), MCSA 2003 (minimum), CCNA and VCP or equivalent experience
- ensure LAN, WAN, Physical and Virtual Server documentation is kept up to date
- maintain all event and fault monitoring systems are up to date and monitored effectively
- participate in and assist on projects
