We are looking for a number of Front-End Developers to join our client on a permanent basis located in the fringes of the CBD.
  
This client is a fast growing technology company that has received numerous awards and has raised significant investor funding due to their brilliant product. They offer a unique service and their product is one of the most innovative in the market. The Company has a highly talented team of inspired individuals, and are looking at adding a new Front End Developer to their Engineering team.

As the Front-End Developer you will be responsible for;

• Working with product designers and founders to build a next-generation web application with a focus on an extraordinary client-side experience
• Build efficient and reusable front end abstractions and systems
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Communicate with other team members to figure out the best solutions to difficult problems
• Help to identify and communicate standard practices and methodologies for front end engineering
• Interact with our back end systems
• Use a spacer.gif in our email templates every now and then :)

To be considered for this role you should have;

• Knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML/CSS)
• Experience developing rich applications with HTML/CSS/JS
• Intimate knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device development
• Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components, including appropriate testing
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
• Minimum 2+ years of experience building web applications
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field

And it would be a super bonus if you had;

• Experience with SVGs
• Experience with graphics programming
• Experience with GLSL / WebGL
• Experience with Java
• An interest in interaction design
