- Your role will include providing comprehensive first level support
- Ability to work independently & effectively as part of a busy Service Desk team
- Able to work under pressure & support a large number of staff
- Able to support & communicate effectively with a diverse range of users, explaining complex technical issues in a simple, easy to understand manner
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft product suite, XP, Windows 7, Windows Server, Exchange
- Demonstrated ability to Diagnose & repair computer & network hardware, escalate as required
- Accurately update the support ticketing application
- Demonstrated ability to resolve user issues
