Our client in North Brisbane is looking for an additional support desk officer to join their growing team. This role will initially be a 4month contract with the view to go full time.

This is an excellent opportunity if you are an experience support desk officer to work closer to home.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Support hundreds of users across multiple offices
• Work with Enterprise Technology
• Assist in Project work
• Provide some onsite support across the multiple offices
• Log and document all calls appropriately
• Provide exceptional support to customers who call or log tickets
• Help resolve tickets within the agreed service level requirements

To be successful you will need:

• Experience working in an ITIL environment
• Demonstrated experience working in a Support desk
• Hands on experience with technology like SCCM, Active Directory and Citrix XenApp
• Understanding of Cloud solutions like Microsoft 365, Cloud Backup, AWS
• You will need a QLD Open drivers licence

The support desk is open from 6am to 6pm - so you will be required to work on a rotating roster which helps cover these hours. You will also need excellent communication skills and the ability to document systems and procedures.
