Junior Network Engineer:
Location: Sydney
Duration: 6 Months
Mandatory Skills:
- Five years relevant IT industry experience with at least three years in a highly technical role.
- Experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment incorporating planning, implementation, operational management, configuration and maintenance.
- Expert knowledge in network infrastructure, specifically firewall & load balancing technologies.
- Advanced analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting and consultative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of technical concepts of enterprise architecture, contemporary IT strategies, directions and technologies.
Education:
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant technical certifications such as CCIE/CCNP, ITIL, CISSP, F5 Certified administrator, etc. is desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Juniper SRX Firewalls.
- Checkpoint.
- F5 BIG-IP including GTM / LTM.
- VPN, SSL, IPSec and GRE.
- Certificate management, SSL Offload.
- IP Address Design.
- Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 configuration.
