Role Summary
A fantastic senior role within our Technology team based in Brisbane, for a Senior Manager who will be responsible for the establishment of a PMO function and practices, where your team will deliver strategic planning, metrics and reporting and project management office services, working within a lean agile environment.

How you will contribute
You will have a focus on;
- Initiate and drive regular planning sessions to support whole of technology planning, to identify dependencies, resource requirements, and capability gaps
- Project manage and deliver strategic projects as required
- Establish lean portfolio governance processes that allow flexibility for various initiatives
- Financial planning and management including budget preparation and capital planning
- Establish, monitor and identify trends and improvements in relation to strategic tracking, service delivery, and project/portfolio management
Our Ideal Person
Extensive experience in IT project management or working within an IT PMO previously. Demonstrated experience having led a transformation program and establishing processes and practices within an agile practice. As a senior Manager, you will have outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, along with your ability to collaborate and influence across multiple departments.
