As a critical member of our Internal IT team, you will be responsible for delivering remarkable solutions, including strategy collateral, technical roadmaps, policies, standards. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of Infrastructure, technologies and how they bind together to be able to provide quality solutions, incorporating Interactive's industry-leading security standards. Most of all, you will be seen as a trusted advisor to our Senior Stakeholders.
 
The following are essential for this role:

• Previous experience leading the development of initiatives and technology roadmaps and strategy;
• Ability to set tactical strategies and lead highly complex architectural solutions;
• Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure – compute, virtualisation, storage and networks and platform architecture (ERP, CRM, Database, Web Applications, Communication & Telephony, Disaster Recovery);
• Proven capability working in multi-tenant public and private cloud Infrastructure as a Service environment;
• A wide understanding of the infrastructure stacks from Storage, Network and Compute - beneficial;
• A technical background in telecommunications, IT and/or the service provider industry;
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to present to Business and Technical audiences;
• Knowledge of ITIL and ISO 20001 principles and procedures and a demonstrated commitment to professional and technical development, vendor certifications and best practice/standards qualifications such as TOGAF are highly regarded.

Exceptional relationship building, communication skills and strong analytical capability will be key to successfully delivering this role.
