Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 and Level 2 technical support to clients via telephone, email and remote support tools.
• Resolve incidents assigned to you in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount.
• Triage incoming client calls and incidents and manage escalations Engineers, as required.
• Track and manage all support services and documentation.
• Monitor and action alerts from client monitoring systems.

 
Skills and Experience:

•  Demonstrate and maintain a high level of competency with:
• Citrix / Remote Desktop Environments
• Active Directory and Group Policy management
• VMWare or Hyper-V virtualisation
• Comprehensive understanding of Windows client & server operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10, Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012
