You will have a key position in a large transformation - in terms of technical leadership, practice / process guidance and contributions to architecture and code quality. You will also be involved in recruiting and upskilling new team members. 

You will be delivering cutting edge solutions in an Azure cloud environment and you will have a strong focus on Agile methods and combining them with Best Practices for Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration & Delivery.

You will be highly familiar and enthusiastic about utilising best practices including TDD, Devops, CI/CD, SOA, REST web and micro services / SOA. You live to deliver high quality, low defect solutions to the business. You will have sound knowledge of the .Net framework - C#, Asp.Net, SQL Server, Web Api, Entity, MVC etc. The team strongly believes in automation of tasks wherever they can. 

You're accustomed to dealing with the scalability and performance issues around high traffic systems.

Technically, the team is advanced and has an "engineering" environment. So you'll likely be coming from high performance teams and have a strong history in building complex, scalable systems.
