We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Coordinator to join a growing team in our Campbelltown office. This position requires a candidate with a broad skillset relating to systems and software used in small and medium businesses.

HSE provide services such as the installation of height safety equipment, annual safety certification of height safety equipment, a wide range of training courses and personal protective equipment retail sales.

The IT Coordinator position will be responsible for:

  • Work with and provide assistance to the current IT Coordinator;
  • Facilitate the purchase and set up of new equipment;
  • Engage with internal departments, identifying and developing solutions to streamline in-house systems, manage company growth and integrate new software and programs;
  • Facilitate the ongoing maintenance and improvement of company hardware, software and programs;
  • Assisting new employees in hardware and software set up and train them in the usage of HSE’s IT products;
  • Systems administration;
  • Asset management;
  • Liaising with telco service providers;
  • Website and social media content generation, functionality and maintenance;
  •  Bug fixing, issue tracking, feature development;
  • Assist with the completion and ongoing maintenance of our ERP/CRM system

The Successful candidate will have previous experience in:

  • A similar IT generalist role
  • Windows server environment and systems management and maintenance
  • Maintenance and configuration of IP phone systems
  • Word press administration
  • Set up of smart phones, desktops, laptops and thin clients
  • Content management systems
  • General networking
  • Software and Hardware troubleshooting
