We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to work for an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend long term to be based either at Norwest or Sydney CBD. In this role you must be open to travelling to the other office when required for meetings which is typically once per week. This is a flexible team and they do allow their Business Analysts to work either Thursday or Friday from home.

As the Digital Business Analyst you will be part of the Digital & Loyalty team and work on a major Transformation Program focused on improving the Customer Experience. Projects include improving the self-service customer loyalty portals and analysing customer trends.

In this role you will be responsible for;
  

• E2E Scope reporting
• Agile project concept and elaboration phase deliverables including Vision Tree, Requirements Prioritisation and agile duties as agreed.
• Business Requirements Specification / Detailed Business Requirements Specifications (BRS/DBRS) expressed as user Stories, Use Cases, Contextual/visual diagrams, Workflow diagrams and standard word/excel documents.
• Business process L1 and L2
• Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• User Experience Framework – Personas, Scenarios, Heuristic enquiry, Outcome assumption user and usability testing at all gates, recommendations for improvements, changes, roadmap.
• Support Business Case Preparation
• Input into UAT & BRT Test Strategy, Plan, Test cases, Test Summary Report – both from a functional system testing and usability perspective.
• Change Control/Management Reporting Disaster Recovery Deliverables - Business Continuity Plan

This role is paying from $700 - $800/day incl super depending on skills and experience.
