We are looking for a strategic Business Project Manager for a operational efficiency, process improvement and business change project.
You will take ownership of an important project stream within a large transformation project, so the ability to work confidently both autonomously and as part of the larger project team is essential. Insurance industry experience is preferred for this role.
This is an initial contract until the end of the year with high likelihood to extend as this is a 3 year project. This is also a Fixed Term Contract which offers a salary based renumeration and includes annual leave and sick leave.
Required experience
- 3+ years Project Management experience
- Must come from business facing background
- Strong process improvement and operational efficiency experience
- Change management experience
- Extensive experience with project reporting and dealing with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, ideally PMBOK
- Experience and knowledge of the insurance industry
- Knowledge of the insurance life cycle
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience with Agile implementation would be beneficial
