Having previously guided dynamic organisations through major transitions, you will be a strategic thinker, analytical, and confident in your hands-on execution from concept to delivery. With the ability to integrate strategy across multiple business functions simultaneously, you will excel at senior stakeholder management, communicate with influence, and empower others.
About the Role
In this high-impact, strategic position you will be responsible for:
- Advising the Senior Leadership Team on business project improvement opportunities.
- Establish and track action plans, lead the identification, collection and analysis of data in order to lead the implementation of process development, process improvement, and process mapping.
- Driving integrated projects to transform current business processes to meet company goals and objectives ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, scope, and add value.
- Analysing and documenting current and future business processes to turn business requirements into documents for procedures, applications, tools and reporting.
- Ensuring optimal productivity by developing, overseeing, and regulating various work procedures. This may include supporting tender management, sales, finance, people & culture, quality management, service excellence, and other business processes, strategies and measures.
You will possess
- Bachelor degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
- PMP Certification & Lean Six Sigma, and/or demonstrated process experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, with additional emphasis on process improvements, business operations, implementation of cross functional systems, processes, tools and reporting.
