Join a large financial advisory firm and help with their Salesforce implementation. Liaising with Salesforce directly, internal stakeholders and vendors you will be responsible for the configuration of the Salesforce platform.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, this is your opportunity to be part of a high profile Salesforce implementation & integration and take over at the end of the project as their internal go to person for all matters Salesforce.
Skills & experience
2+ years' experience as a Salesforce administrator mandatory
Min. Salesforce Certified Administrator
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
Manage all system user tasks including new user setups, user security, user termination and ongoing user support
Daily administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
Develop and create customised reports and dashboards;
Support the continuous growth of the Salesforce.com system;
Work closely with the business stakeholders to capture, discuss and design new Salesforce.com enhancements
Develop processes to maintain data, develop dashboards, reporting and campaigns to measure performance
Generate reports to identify and resolve issues, perform clean-up procedures
