PM-Partners are looking for Senior Business Analysts to work on exciting projects with our reputable financial services client. We have several openings available working on major transformation programs based in the CBD or Kogarah. Experience in Security, Identity and Access Management, or IT infrastructure are highly desirable, to support pieces of work in those areas.
This will be a long term engagement with opportunity for extension on an initial 6 or 12 month contract.
Your day to day will include:
- Identifying, evaluating and having a well-defined understanding of the high-level business needs of clients and stakeholders
- Analyse and document business requirements and write detailed business, stakeholder, functional and non-functional requirements
- Reviewing, documenting and confirming requirements through workshops and SMEs
- Support the construction of the business case, analysing the proposed solution to deliver the desired business outcome and associated project costs
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- A minimum of 8 years as a Senior Business Analyst
- Previous experience in Banking and Finance or a Telco
- Experience Security, IDAM/IAM or Infrastructure is highly desirale
- Excellent stakeholder management with a business consultative approach
- Outstanding analytical, observation and organisational skills
