ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're on the hunt for a highly professional Service Desk Analyst / Technician Level 2 to join the dynamic DJC Systems team. We're a small but dedicated team of 12 (who are regularly growing), so every single team member has a big impact; we need the "right person", and we need them now!
You should have at least 1-2 years on an MSP service desk, or 3-4 years working on a non-MSP service desk. In both cases preferably in an L2 capacity and/or with on-site experience.
You should have used RMM tools such as Kaseya, Labtech or N-Able, and PSA tools such as ConnectWise or AutoTask. You could be Microsoft Certified at an appropriate level and also be UNI / TAFE qualified – although this isn't absolutely necessary.
But you MUST be self-motivated, have good time management skills and a positive attitude. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – are critical as you will have constant direct contact with clients undertaking:
- Working with FCR/L1 team to Triage Incidents.
- Supporting basic and complex network types ranging from 5 to 300+ users.
- Supporting Windows Server & Desktop Technologies & Environments.
- Install and Support Client Applications.
- Migrate users to new desktops & notebooks, with an eye for detail.
- Competently configure or install local/network printers, routers, scanners & network switches, Wireless Access Points.
- Look for opportunities to improve our client's IT (such as rack tidy-up, system upgrades, etc.).
- Work closely with our service desk L1’s, L2's, L3's and Project Team.

- Your role will commence as 95% office, and potentially 5% site based, but will progress to spend more time on-site depending on your skills and preference.
