One of the big Financial Services players within the Sydney market are looking for strong Regulatory Change Business Analysts to join their rapidly expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone hungry and driven to leverage and broaden their knowledge and experience across Front and Back office operations, as well as giving them exposure to Product Management, Line 1 and 2 Risk and Financial Crimes Compliance.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have strong stakeholder management skills, be able to work in an autonomous fashion, whilst also operating within a collaborative team environment.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will adopt a customer-focused approach, whilst also helping to drive performance by influencing others around you. You will also have a strong working knowledge of both LEAN and Agile practices. You will be a critical thinker with an eagerness to resolve complex issues by implementing and enhancing business processes.
To be considered suitable for this role you will be:
- Experienced within the Financial Services industry, with 3 years’ minimum experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong and demonstrable Regulatory Reform knowledge.
- Understanding of BABOK Knowledge Areas.
- Articulate and able to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups, both technically focused and business focused.
