I am after talented individuals who have support and accounting experience. I have an amazing opportunity with a growing software company who specialise in legal and accounting services. They are looking for a motivated individual to provide support to their growing user-base.
Responsibilities
- Provide level 1/2 phone and email support with some remote sessions
- Read error messages and resolve technical and accounting related tickets through Zendesk
- Work with the inhouse development team to improve software
- Delve into the SQL database
- Accounting knowledge and experience is a MUST
