Responsibilities: 

• Develop web applications and APIs in Java J2EE using Spring MVC and Hibernate
• Maintenance and modifications of source code
• Develop scalable and distributed applications
• Develop custom software components that adhere to the company's application development process and product architecture
• Write detailed unit tests and generate testable code
• Attain solid understanding of design patterns and algorithms of solutions
• Contribute in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions and knowledge sharing workshops when required

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in development of enterprise systems using JAVA technologies
• A genuine passion for writing code and solving problems
• Web Service development and data integration experience
• Experience working with Microservices is a necessity
• Commercial experience working with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SNS
• Extensive knowledge of the following technologies:Java 8, REST, Web Services (Jersey 2.x), Spring 4, Spring MVC & Spring Security,AKKA,Scala, Design Patterns (Adapter/ Factory) & NoSQL (MongoDB)
