As Business Analyst, your purpose will be to provide support to the business by gathering and managing business requirements while assessing business needs against existing and new systems. You will assist in the establishment of project scope, design processes and new solutions in order to improve business efficiency and productivity.  In addition to this, you will provide key assistance in developing test plans, executing testing against requirements and assisting with change management and user training as required.

Key responsibilities for this role will be:-

• Business Analysis – including identifying opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
• Stakeholder engagement - Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders to map ongoing operational and strategic needs and translate these needs into scoped projects for the specific business teams.
• Support Project Managers and other colleagues through knowledge, project participation, advice and guidance, actively encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across the business.
• Change management / Communications - Create and disseminate detailed and timely communications plans to ensure all stakeholders are appropriately informed.

Suitable candidates will be able to confidently demonstrate their understanding of business analysis, customer analysis and stakeholder engagement.  You will be adept at identifying and defining opportunities to simplify or improve business processes.  An understanding of Salesforce CRM would be highly regarded as will excellent written and verbal communication skills and the development of presentation materials.
