About the role
Java Developer working on large scale Digital project working with Java 8/9, AWS (Elastic Search, Lambda) Microservices and Docker. Be part of a high performance team to help support the customer platform, maintain and improve existing features as well as develop brand new products! This is a unique contract opportunity where you will get chance to work with a range of new technologies.
Skills/Experience
- Experience in Core Java –8 Preferably 9
- AWS certification/experience essential with: Lambda, Elastic Search
- Event Driven Architecture – Highly Desirable
- Microservice Architecture experience essential
- Container Experience – Docker/Kubernetes
- Jenkins/Terraform experience beneficial
- Experience with: Spring, Spring BOOT,
- Experience working in an AGILE environment
- Proven record of implementing development best practices
- Proven track record of working collaboratively being an active member of the team
