Community Living Association is a leading provider of ‘person centred’ support for people with disabilities by promoting personal well-being, choice and inclusion. A Not-for-Profit organization, CLA is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified individuals to fulfil the role of a Grants Consultant to assist CLA in the development of a LotteryWest Grant for ICT.
The successful applicant will be required to research, seek quotes and recommend suitable ICT professionals that may perform the responsibilities required as determined. Following the identification and suitability of ICT professionals, the Grants Consultant will liaise with the chosen ICT professional and CLA stakeholders to ensure that the plan addresses CLAs identified needs, and aligns with CLAs strategic objectives.
Once the ICT Plan has been endorsed, the Grants Consultation will liaise with LotteryWest about the application and in relation to elements of the plan that may also be eligible for funding under the ICT grant guidelines (according to LotteryWest requirements).
Work will be performed independently with input from the Executive Management Team and others as required.
As outlined above, primary responsibilities include preparation of proposals and grant applications, and performance of responsible professional and administrative work in researching, identifying, developing a LotteryWest application for CLA ICT development and implementation.
- Previous experience will demonstrate the ability to produce timely submissions of well-researched, well written and well-documented LotteryWest proposals.
- Acts as liaison with consultants and other program staff (if needed).
- Serves as a liaison between relevant parties.
- Engages with program officers at organisations to solicit invitations to submit proposals
