Consultants are required in the following categories:
Customer Operations Specialist:
The role of the Customer Operations Associate is to ensure that the Customer Fulfillment Process, from order entry to collections, is executed in a timely manner with 100% quality, providing the highest level of customer care and service standards, timely and accurate coordination and delivery of software licenses, billing, and superior software support contract administration.
HRIS Specialist:
Our Client an opportunity for an HRIS Specialist, with advanced Excel skills, experience using Workday and a passion for people data & analysis. The role sits within their APAC HR team, is based at their office in Sydney and covers the Asia Pacific region. They have recently implemented Workday Core HCM along with a number of financial modules, so strong Workday or HCM system experience is essential. You will be responsible for providing end-user support to the team, produce both monthly and ad-hoc reports and data insights, support with ad hoc projects, perform database maintenance, information and data insights gathering, data input, and troubleshoot problem areas. The HRIS Specialist will serve as the go-to subject matter expert relating to the HRIS Workday database and all internal systems. They will be expected to be highly proficient in all matters pertaining to all systems used.
Regional Support Manager:
The Regional Support Manager is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service by managing Support staff and working cohesively with peers from other departments. Responsible for proactive planning, support, and organization of the regional team in accordance with both global and regional requirements.
- Experience in TrakCare is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Computer Science or a related field
- Extensive experience in an Information Technology Support area
- Previous experience supporting multiple applications, preferably in Healthcare
- Knowledge of software development & support methodologies i.e. ITIL
