Welcome to a gem of a company specialising in Business Management Software and some Business Intelligence Software primarily to the Medium Business Sector.

There is now an exciting opportunity to appoint an energetic Business Development Manager to build and extend the services in Business Management Software and BI, with a focus on the mid to large sized private company & Non Profit Sectors of the market.

As part of this outstanding opportunity, the appointee will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through networks and contacts, developing relationships and building the sales pipeline. This is not a role for those who just want to sit around and be fed leads, although some leads may be derived by suppliers. The candidate needs to be a self-starter willing to go out and find their own leads with our support. The candidate needs to be able to work independently without being micro managed as this is a NSW based role and head office is in Melbourne.  The benefits of this to the right person are flexibility and autonomy to work in their own style and energy.

Expertise required:

  • Strong commercial Australian based ERP sales experience.
  • Products such as Greentree, Dynamics AX, Epicor, Infor, Sage, SAP etc. are all of interest.
  • Strong and active industry network across NSW and ACT
  • Previous experience dealing in the mid-market sector
  • Experience across full sales life cycle (proposals, negotiations) into delivery
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Must have their own car and a valid driver’s license
