The Senior Developer is a key member of the Delivery Team and is responsible for building and maintaining the digital platforms and applications of this enterprise company's product suite. You'll be involved through the whole application delivery lifecycle and support the platform in production. You'll need to be able to be a thought leader and work collaboratively with the other team members, communicate effectively with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders and peers, have the insight and appetite to grow the customer base through awesome digital solutions.
 
Day to day, you're role & responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Software analysis, design and development
• Quality Assurance through test automation and test-driven development
• CI/CD: continuous integration and continuous deployment through automation of builds and deployment scripts
• DevOps: Operational support of the platforms in production
• Thought leadership on the tools, processes, technologies through active involvement in Guilds
• Mentoring and coaching of other team members

What's the tech stack that we're using? Here's a snippet below - the successful applicant will have proven commercial experience with the following tech & tools.

• Strong experience & knowledge of the React library / framework, coupling with Redux
• Excellent HTML5/CSS3 skills
• Demonstrated experience with automation test frameworks such as Geb/Spock, Selenium Webdriver, JMeter
• Experience automating UI testing
• A thorough understanding of the Agile software development methodology
• Experience developing public-facing responsive websites that are supported on multiple browsers and mobile devices
• Solid understanding of the TDD & experience in a previous TDD environment
• Knowledge of BDD tools and techniques
• Solid understanding of the CI/CD tools such as Jenkins 
• Experience with Git version control tools

You'll have demonstrated ability to take complex challenges & come up with elegant solutions. You will be a key member of the cross-functional delivery team and working effectively with BA, Iteration Managers, Developers, QA, Cloud Engineers, UX, Product Owners etc, and similar experience in cross-functional teams will be looked upon favourably.
