As one of the most innovative technology vendors in the world of AI, CX, big data and digital communications, my client is expanding its operations within the APAC region. Their software and services have been deployed by many of the world's leading enterprises to help them better understand and communicate with their consumers. As a result of business success they are currently looking for an experienced Presales Consultant to help secure new and existing technical and functional business wins. 

The Presales Consultant's primary responsibility is to assist the APAC sales team to drive software license and services revenue by developing solutions that address the customer's specific business requirements. Working with account teams you will deliver responses to RFP's and RFI's and will customise and deliver in-depth presentations around product functionality, architecture, customisation/implementation and application integrations to include iOS, Android & API's. You will deliver product demonstrations that are relevant to specific customers and industries and act as the primary presales interface. In addition you will provide feedback to R&D, Product Management and Marketing regarding customer needs and competitive intelligence.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in pre-sales, sales engineering or solutions consulting within the enterprise software space - selling, deploying and integrating enterprise-class applications. You will ideally have expert knowledge around and the functionality/architecture of mobile and web driven applications and a keen interest in AI, big data, CRM, sales and marketing automation and internet security. You will demonstrate the ability to work closely in a team-selling environment with internal and external customers as well as other company colleagues. Minimum of 30% travel in this role.
