Our client is an ASX-listed firm with a highly regarded software development team.  Based in Perth, this firm has invested heavily in expanding its online and web presence and requires at least two senior analyst programmers (technical leader/coach level).
An ability to coach and train other software developers in the Microsoft software development stack C# .NET with some ASP.NET, MVC and related tools is required.

You will form part of a team completing a major programme of work, already receiving considerable attention from leading figures in the local IT industry.  Something which will help raise the professional profile of all those involved.

Working with all the latest Microsoft (and other relevant) Web technologies, you'll play a key role across IT architecture, design, programming, testing and implementation.  This firm has one of the fastest growing ecommerce platforms in the globe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who does not want to manage people, but is comfortable being a coach/mentor for other Software Engineers/Developers.
