 Working as part of an agile development team, building enterprise level software applications using top of the Microsoft .Net technology stack. The
software development technical lead will provide technical and team leadership through mentoring and coaching.

Duties and responsibilities;
·       Guide the development team towards successful project delivery
·       Provide technical coaching and mentorship to team members
·       Maintain high quality standards of software development
·       Identify areas for growth and improvement within the team
·       Collaborate with developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test and maintain web applications
·       Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and architecting appropriate Technical design documents to develop cutting-edge solutions.
·       Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
·       Design and develop applications in accordance with established standards
·       Package and support the deployment of releases
·       Develop, refine and tune integrations between applications
·       Analyse and resolve technical and application problems
 
Skills and Experience;
·       Previous experience mentoring a team of developers
·       This role is ideal for a Mid-level developer looking to take their career to the next level
·       Web development technologies ASP.Net, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.Js
·       Database development including SQL Server and ORM technologies
·       Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration environment
·       Experience with user interface design and prototyping
·       Initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes
·       Comprehensive understanding of object-orientated application development techniques
·       Understanding of DevOps principles
