Our client is seeking the skills of a technical business analyst with demonstrated experience in TechnologyOne (FinanceOne) for a systems upgrade. The ideal candidate will be articulate, business savvy with fantastic relationship management skills.
The right candidate must enjoy a challenge and working within an exciting and dynamic environment. This role will require a flexible individual, with high attention to detail, who demonstrates initiative and a willingness to 'get it done'
- Ability to facilitate workshops
- Creating business requirements document proposing the customization and configuration of the existing system to meet required solution
- Performing fit-gap analysis to implement new enhancements and changes into the system
- Performing data analysis for new reporting requirements
- Data modelling and data integration experience
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Technical acumen
- Collaborate with business systems owners, user experience specialists, developers, testers and other members of the project team
- Process mapping
- Stakeholder engagement + management
- High attention to detail
- Strong focus on process analysis
- Accounting process knowledge
- A working knowledge of PRINCE2 project methodology is highly regarded
- A working knowledge of and/or accreditation in Agile project delivery is an advantage
- Experience in TechnologyOne (FinanceOne) systems a must
Applicants will have a Tertiary Qualification in Information Systems or Computer Science, combined with relevant Technical Business Analyst experience. A certification in Project Management will be advantageous.
