Project Coordinator/Officer | AGILE|MS Suite| JIRA| Confluence

This leading Australian financial institution (Not one of the banks) is on the path of AGILE transformation and this role will play a pivotal part in assisting with this.

The role will see you working directly with leading stakeholders within the business to help with the organisation, coordination, planning and delivery of project resources within this busy environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Project Office or Project Co-ordination experience
• Strong operations or administration experience, including the review, collation and distribution of meeting papers and minutes
• Continuous improvement and process improvement experience
• Facilitation experience
• Advanced user of relevant computer software programs to generate data, reports, charts and presentations (including MS Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Basic to intermediate user of JIRA, JIRA Agile and Confluence
• Proven organisational skills including the ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines and effectively balance competing demands
