About the role
As a Technical Support Engineer you will be delivering level 1, 2 and 3 support across the board and will mainly be responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products
  
About you
  • Levels 3 experience supporting desktops both hardware and software
  • Desktop hardware and software including working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • MS Servers 2008/2012 R2
  • Exchange 2010, 2013
  • Microsoft AD Design, Group Policy
  • Great communication skills - written and verbal
