Business Analyst IDAM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Business Analyst with proven IDAM experience.
  
  
The high level requirements for this role is as follows:
  
Role:
  

• Primary responsibilities include writing detailed user stories for the development team, serving as scrum master for the team, and overall ensuring the development and test teams have what they need to deliver their committed work in each sprint.
• Demonstrable understanding of how to implement the processes and technologies to meet the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) needs within an IAM framework. Work directly with business representatives and external SI vendors to define, test, support, configure and deploy the TOLL IDAM solution based on the overall IDAM strategy.
• The incumbent will achieve this by engaging business stakeholders at various levels of the organisation using effective analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  
Primary Responsibilities include: -
  
  

• Work with key stakeholders in analysing requirements against existing solution functionality to drive out gaps and define new requirements based on technical constraints.
• Identifying related user stories and epics, grouping them into themes as necessary and documenting the interrelationship and associated business process flows as necessary.
• Use functional decomposition to define high-level epics and stories to create a priorities, value-driven product backlog.
• Writing individual stories that are very clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the development team.
• Work with business and solution owners and external SI vendors to facilitate sign-off of requirements/designs and deliver to the solution design document
• Leverage expertise in integration of applications to ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms align with policies and standards
• Promote functional and operational improvements based on detailed knowledge of applications and systems security capabilities.
• Work with IT teams as well as stakeholders across all levels of the Business to understand and document their requirements
• Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders
• Manage the delivery of some components of large programs or all components end to end for medium/small initiatives
• Map business processes, support training delivery and help business users get ready for the implementation of IT solutions
• Guide the preparation of test plans and test scripts for User Acceptance Testing

•  Proven experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to map technical details to user stories
• Expert in business analysis methods, task elaboration and estimation    
• Excellent requirements elicitation, management and control experience              
• Strong systems analysis and process mapping expertise
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Identity and Access Management (IDAM) experience

• Agile Certifications (CSM, CSPO, BPM)
• Certified Scrum Master
• SME for IDAM policies & standards
