Your role:
To make FunCaptcha easy for humans and toxic to attackers, you will monitor operations, launch experiments, analyse data, and solve mysteries within a high-performance team. Work closely with a company founder who has deep experience leading fulfilled, productive, exciting projects that fire you up without burning you out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor big data, exposing product performance, investigating, and escalating signs of success or trouble
- Design, launch, and analyse AB tests of new product features
- Interface with world-class Machine Learning developers
- Drive workflow of product changes from client request through delivery and feedback
- Operate a world-class AWS infrastructure
- Understand user experience data to improve the product
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
- Tertiary coursework, or work experience, related to quantitative data analysis
- Can analyse data with at least one advanced tool: SQL, SPSS, Python, R, or the like
- Experience related to software development
- Can use a software issues tracker (JIRA etc)
- Can write clear, accurate, succinct reports
- A high attention to detail
- Traits that make you inquisitive, self-starting, and enthusiastic
- Abilities both to work autonomously and interface with a team
Other great-to-have experience qualifications:
- Master's degree related to data analysis
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Can analyse UX or security data to find significant performance differences in AB testing
Tools you will use in this role:
- JIRA
- SQL, Python, and other advanced data tools
- Excel
- Amazon Web Services console
