Before we get started on the role, we want to get the good stuff out first, we are looking for an individual who loves VoIP, this may be someone like me who is writing this ad that has been playing with VoIP and anything IT since they could remember.

We don’t care if you didn’t finish year 12, If you don’t have any real-life experience that is okay to! Just along you understand VoIP and the basics of it and as I said before, Love playing with new VoIP related toys! Also, talking to customers all day everyday is something you must enjoy.

You can’t be a morning person! This is a Night Shift role, normally this shift starts at 10pm so you must be a night owl!!

We do have a day shift role coming up soon so please apply if you need a day time shift. This role wont start for another 6 weeks for the day time shift. 

Your Role

As a VoIP Service Support, you will be responsible for supporting our Small to Large Clients all over the world.

You will be actively involved in presales, data collection, system design and build, and implementation.

You will provide ongoing support, make requested changes to the system, and diagnose and resolve any issues that arise

VOIP Sales

Prospect existing clients.

Follow up on leads from our existing 2000 wholesale client’s. Website leads, and resellers which our Account Managers will pass to you

VOIP Specialist/Support

  • Work with Clients to assist them implementing / Setting up new/existing VoIP Trunks/ Countrys.
  • Assist with pre-sales and post sales technical support queries.
  • Maintain our internal systems – Ensure it is in an organised state by monitoring customer and trunk additions and removing duplicates and redundant services where required.
  • Escalate technical support queries to our Level 2/3 to assist with customer support matters.
  • Be willing and able to learn Class 4/5 VoIP systems
  • Assist customers with billing disputes & enquires

What you'll need to succeed

You will have an understanding and working knowledge of SIP Trunking, DIDs, Call Routing and Codec selection.

Once you are fully trained and confident, we do have work at home program so you may only end up in the office 1 to 2 days a week.

The office for this role is located in Ipswich, But the ability to go to Brisbane occasionally is needed as well.
