Great opportunity to join a successful engineering and systems technologies company in the inner city suburbs, this well-established company has strong stable history in Air Traffic Management and Avionics products / software.
They are looking for a Software - Technical support Engineer to join there team. This position will involve various tasks. It is necessary to be flexible with your software skills and have a strong customer service background, also desirable to have a Oracle Database experience.
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) being responsible for providing Product Support onsite and remotely, Software testing and Training, and Support technical Software Demonstrations.
this company works within the Defence and Aerospace sector and needs people with the appropriate skills, qualifications and must be Australian Citizens.
Excellent payrate package is on offer.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Bachelor of information Technology or Science
- Experience supporting complex software
- Oracle Database experience
- MS Visual Studio c#
- Ability to Code / write software
- Ability to troubleshoot over the phone
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Confident, mature and Well presented
