A consulting service is provided to support customers from concept, through design and planning all the way to finish. About the Role
This role will see you utilising your proven Sage x 3 experience to support the integration and maintenance of the new ERP system. You will be a fast learner and be able to work autonomously. 
 
Key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and overseeing data: product, supplier etc.
• Overseeing new users and be first level support for all staff
• Advising on efficient processes
• Provide training updates as needed
• Management reporting including costing, sales, finance as required
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Translate technical language to end-users
  

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

• A minimum of 2 years proven Sage x 3 experience or other ERP
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work within a conservative business culture
• A commitment to continuous improvement
• Accountable and able to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
