This leading Financial Services company now have a requirement for a Senior Automation Test Specialist for the creation, maintenance, and support for current and up and coming projects.
  
In this role you will be required to:-

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts ( medium to advanced level of competency);
• Setup of testing tools to be used for automation;
• Experience working on large mission critical platforms ideally in the banking, insurance or financial services sector;
• Maintain test script inventories;
• Create the test plan for automated tests;
• Create required data for automation test suite;
• Define where automation should be used within the testing phases i.e. sprints, regression, data setup etc.
• Report defects/issues found during the execution of the automated regression suite;
• Provide weekly status on project progression, providing suggestions to improve efficiency on a daily basis

  
To be successful in securing this role you will have (but not limited to):-  

• 5-7+ years Automation testing experience;
• Relevant automation experience preferably in either the banking, superannuation & wealth management industry;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with Selenium (medium to advanced capability).  Experience with other testing tools is also advantageous;
• Strong Technical testing experience;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong problem analysis/solution skills;
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn new technology/application skills.

Non essential skill, but highly desirable:-

• Experience testing Wealth Management Registry systems will be highly advantageous (eg. Composer, Wrap, Bluedoor, AdviseOS);
• Integration technologies (Web services, ESB, ETL);
• Cloud platform experience;
• Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
