About the role
This position is focussed on managing on-boarding and provisioning of services for business clients though excellent customer service, rapid response and implementation of the portfolio of CommsChoice products and solutions.
This will include the following key processes:
- Understanding and determining client needs, wants and existing services
- Delivering solutions using in-house, client, partner and supplier resources
- Monitoring and customer satisfaction strategies

Skills and experience

Further you will have:
- Minimum of 2 years successful experience with IP Telephony Services and Hardware provisioning
- Demonstrated capacity to successfully deliver provisioning and service to achieve client outcomes
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral

- Accuracy and attention to detail
