The role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented mid-level Java developer to join our team. You'll have the unique opportunity to work on solutions for our own proprietary digital web and mobile applications that drive solutions for our national and global clients. You'll be collaborating with our leading team of digital project managers, digital strategy, UI/UX designers, and developers. This is a full time permanent role in our modern Adelaide office.
Desired skills and experience:
You are collaborative developer with 3 to 5 years’ experience / skills in web application development. You are passionate about doing things "right", while pragmatic about doing so in a commercial context. Your understanding and experience allows you to find problems and see solutions others miss. People are in awe of your ability to "make things work". The specifics:

- HTML5 and CSS3/SASS (desirable)
- JavaScript (desirable)
- React (bonus points)
- Software / Deployments
- Source Control in Git (desirable)
- MySQL & MS SQL Database Use / Management (desirable)
- AWS & Azure Cloud Deployments / Management (desirable)
- Practises / Experience
- Solid grasp of effective and modern design patterns (critical)
- Commitment to high quality coding standards with a focus on reusability (critical)
- Experience with agile development methodologies (critical)
- Good communication skills (critical)
