Our Client, a leading National utilities company, is seeking a GIS developer for an immediate start.

You will be part of a major program of works until October at which time this role may well extend.

Your skills and experience:

Experienced software developer for GE Smallworld GIS v4.3.
Skills in Smallworld Magik development and data model design.
Technical experience in GIS data capture/data migration activities.
Experienced in electricity utilities industry with good working knowledge of electrical distribution network model.
Ability to work with business users to identify requirements and document a technical design for GIS enhancements.
Ability to comprehend SCADA/DMS electrical schematic displays desirable.
