About the Role
An iconic Sydney business requires an experienced, adaptable and outcomes focused Project Manager to join their team, focused primarily on a multi-million-dollar Core Network transformation piece of work; and
The role reports into an experienced head of program delivery within the organisation.
Duties
- Deliver a $15m core network transformation for this large, multi-location enterprise, within the specified and agreed schedule, budget and quality requirement;
- Organise and facilitate planning, scoping and stakeholder meetings;
- Provide first class delivery, as the key interface point between the IT team and stakeholders (internal and vendors) for all progress and escalation reports;
- Ensure all required documents and procedures are created, maintained, or followed effectively; and
- Commercial management of the project, including budgetary control.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering a core network transformation in a large Enterprise environment;
- Extensive, collaborative and effective vendor management;
- An accreditation in a Project Management discipline;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Excellent communication, management, and collaboration skills, an analytical approach to problem solving, and good technical skills; and
- Written effective communication plans and post implementation reviews.
