About the business

Clarence Professional Group is a boutique serviced office provider with locations in Melbourne, Sydney CBD and Brisbane, seeking a full time self-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide on-going customer support to our clients in Melbourne.

About the role

- Assist with client move in

- Install printers and connect devices to the internet

- Setup Call Routes and Voicemail (training provided)

- Assist Clarence team & clients with day to day IT requests

- Answering phones, directing calls and taking accurate messages - assisting where required

- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner

- General administration/office support

Skills and experience

**ENTRY LEVEL IT KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL**

- Strong commitment to customer service with experience working face to face 

- Ability to multi-task

- Excellent attention to detail

- Professional phone manner

- Punctual and reliable

- Genuine interest in IT support, technology and working with a large client base
