We currently have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced PM. Our premium clients' platform is built to improve productivity, reduce costs and mitigate risks for companies by streamlining manual processes.

Their product is built to meet the exacting needs of some of Australia's largest companies, contractors and infrastructure projects. Carefully listening to the industry, our client has developed a singular focus to purpose build a platform that manages and streamlines processes across vendor pre-qualification, vendor relationship management, sourcing and contract management into one integrated platform that exists within any software ecosystem.

The company is currently on-boarding significant clients and needs an experienced Project Manager to forge the path ahead. As the role is the first of its kind within the group, this greenfield opportunity will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to build a team and legacy around them.

Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for working with the Sales, Product and Tech teams to deliver successful software implementation projects for clients.  

Day to day responsibilities will include

• Defining and managing project scopes, schedules and budget
• Coordinating customer-facing activities such scoping workshops, acceptance testing, training, and Go Live events
• Assisting clients with technical configuration during setup phases
• Managing and reporting on project progress and costings to internal and external stakeholders
• Testing and documenting new products and features prior to launch
• Develop and document internal processes and procedures to shape how we manage future projects

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be customer focused with demonstrated experience in customer service
• Have experience in IT project delivery, or software implementation generally
• Be an advanced user of project management tools (such as MS Project/Primavera, Asana etc) and the full MS Office Suite
• Learn quickly, be extremely flexible, and able to work autonomously on concurrent projects
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be willing to travel within Australia for 1-3 days at a time

The ideal candidate will:

• Have formal Project Management certification such as Prince2, PMP etc
• Have experience in delivering SaaS products
• Have experience working with enterprise-level systems and integrations
• Understanding of Cloud technology
• Background in systems focused in the construction, mining or heavy industries
