The Role:
  
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of implementation for the new Payroll systems in 2018 and Finance systems in 2019.  You will be expected to manage all stages of the new Payroll system implementation lifecycle, whilst supporting the People and Culture (P&C) Business with the Payroll/HRIS changes associated with people, processes and systems.
  
  
Required skills/experience:
To be successful for this role you will have. 
  • Excellent Project Management skills with an understanding of Agile &/or Prince methodologies.
  • Clear understanding and experience working with Payroll and Finance systems in an HRIS environment.
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery, implementing application projects, managing resources, vendor and stakeholder management and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM and integrating Payroll systems would be of advantage
  
  
Qualifications:

Tertiary qualifications in Project Management (such as Prince2, Agile or PMP) or related disciplines

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Human Resource or Finance related disciplines would be preferable
